CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, kindly let us know 24 hours in advance before your appointment.
LATE / NO-SHOW POLICY
Those who fail to show within 15 minutes of the start of their appointment will be marked in the booking system as a ‘no-show.’ Clients may be prevented from booking future appointments online after repeated no-shows.
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns and exchanges on our products. Please contact us if you have any problems with your items.
GIFT CERTIFICATE/GIFT CARD POLICY
Our gift certificates/ gift cards are non-transferable and you can not purchase another gift certificate with your current gift certificate.
